The Global Missing Children's Network
The Global Missing Children’s Network (GMCN) is a network comprised
of websites that feed into a central multilingual database with information
and photographs of missing children. Network participants can customize
their country’s website to meet their individual needs or link
their existing website. This enables each country to quickly and easily
create posters of missing children from their country in their native
language.
The GMCN also provides technical training for new countries joining
the global network, as well as training in forensic imaging (age progression)
to local investigators.
To date, 17 countries participate in the GMCN.
